Our owner, Tim Alt was inspired to get started in the HVAC business for a few reasons. He had heard multiple stories from friends and family about experiences with dishonest service techs or outrageous service charges. His goal was to change that and start an HVAC company dedicated to ensuring the best customer service experience. That drive brought him here, to his current position as the owner and lead technician for Cold Front A/C of The Woodlands.

An Owner Who Puts Customers First!
In addition to his passion for providing a better customer experience for HVAC services, Tim was also driven to begin his own company as he became more interested in the science behind air conditioning technology and airflow. He followed this passion to Remington College in Memphis, TN, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. As a business owner, he has a deep respect for every customer. On each job, Tim takes the time to properly troubleshoot and diagnose every system. He is also an excellent communicator, fully explaining to customers what the issue is and how his service will address it.
When he’s not busy helping customers with their HVAC needs, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and together they have three teenage boys of their own and have also opened their home to another young man. The entire family enjoys golfing, playing board games, attending concerts, and going on cruises together. Tim has a servant’s heart, and he can often be found helping friends and family with various projects. He’s the right technician for those looking for true dedication.
Meet Our Technician
In addition to Tim, Cold Front A/C of The Woodlands also has an additional technician completing jobs for customers. Jackson is a recent high school graduate with a love for the outdoors. He is charismatic and takes pride in everything he does, ensuring his work is always done to the highest standards. Jackson enjoys working with his hands and has been taking things apart and putting them back together for as long as his parents can remember. Though he hopes to one day join the military, Jackson is currently committed to his role of providing top-notch service to our customers.
